Barbara's Story
Barbara is an award-winning author, speaker, and comedian. She wrote the only diet book on Amazon with all 5-star reviews! When she tipped the scale at 200 pounds, she fell on her knees and prayed. That's when God showed her that most diets don't have enough boundaries, and she had too many excuses, a major turning point.
Barbara's Bachelor's Degree in Psychology helped write the chapter "The Psychology Behind My Big Behind." Her Master's of Science Degree gives a unique perspective on wheat and why it causes weight gain and diabetes, something you won't find in any other book.
